Terms Of Use

User Agreement:
Policy agreement, terms and conditions, and all policies published on Dullani website were developed to protect and preserve the rights of both (Dullani Trading and Marketing Company Limited) and the user who accesses the site with or without registration, whether he is a customer, seller, or publisher of advertising content on the platform.
The agreement was created based on the electronic transactions system, and the terms, conditions, conditions, and legal disputes are subject to the laws, legislation, and regulations in force in the Republic of Yemen. As a user, you agree to abide by everything contained in this agreement if you use the site, access it, or register for the service. The Dullani platform has the right to amend this agreement at any time, and it is considered binding on all parties.


terms of use:
As the second party to this agreement and the beneficiary of Dullani platform services, you must commit to the following:
1. Do not advertise or upload content or items that do not fit the categories available on the platform and are allowed to be published
2. Not to violate or circumvent the laws and regulations or any rights related to a third party.
3. Do not use our services if you are not legally qualified to complete this agreement.
4. The advertisement does not contain phrases that would directly or indirectly lead to misleading and deceiving the consumer.
5. The advertisement does not contain logos or trademarks that you do not have the right to use.
6. It is prohibited to add direct links to other websites or add links to groups on WhatsApp.
7. Do not impersonate the Dullani platform, its representative, or its employee, or any capacity that suggests that you are affiliated with the Dalni platform.
8. Dullani has the right to amend this agreement at any time without referring to the platform users. The amendment is considered binding on all parties, so we recommend that you follow this agreement continuously.
Your failure to comply with these conditions gives the platform the right to cancel your membership and refer your violation to the competent authorities to impose penalties when necessary and prevent you from accessing the platform without the slightest responsibility and without the need to notify you of that. You have no right to object, and you hereby pledge not to return to using the platform except after the platform agrees to do so.


Membership requirements:
A member is every customer who has entered his personal data to create an account on the Delni platform, according to specific conditions determined by the platform administration, and among these conditions are:
1. Choose a decent and appropriate name during the registration process. It should not be related to any unacceptable or offensive words that are not accepted by Sharia and customs.
2. It is prohibited to create more than one account for the same user on the platform, and upon discovery of this, the accounts will be cancelled.
3. You must update your mobile number associated with the membership in the event that your mobile number is changed or lost.
4. If your membership name contains a trade name or trademark, you must be the trademark owner or authorized to use the name or trademark. If it turns out otherwise, the platform management is not responsible for any violations imposed by the responsible authorities, whether inside or outside the country
5. It is prohibited to sell or assign the membership to another party or allow any other party to use it. The first membership holder is considered responsible for any violations or legal responsibilities.
6. By registering for membership in the Dullani platform, you acknowledge that the platform has the right to suspend your number or account or include it in the list of suspended accounts in the event that a report or complaint is filed against you or in the event that you commit a violation that the platform management believes deserves a suspension, and you also pledge not to publish these facts. And events via electronic platforms, social networking sites, etc. It also has the right to approach the competent authority to impose penalties and fines and oblige you to compensate for all damages and losses resulting from this.
7. Your failure to comply with these conditions gives Delni Trading and Marketing Ltd. the full right to block your advertisement and prevent you from accessing the site without the need to notify you of that, and you hereby pledge not to return to using the site until after the site administration approves this.
 
Our commitments:
1. Dullani website and application provide a service that enables the user to display his goods and publish the content in accordance with the agreed-upon usage policy. It does not provide any guarantees and does not bear any responsibility in the event that the seller or publisher does not adhere to its content. Dullani website enables the user to display his goods and publish his content according to the agreed-upon terms and conditions
2. Dullani platform disclaims any responsibility for any risk, damages, consequences, or losses incurred by the seller, buyer, or any other party. You are also responsible for managing all purchases and deliveries if the order form is filled out from the application while paying the commission for the service.
3. By using Dullani platform, you acknowledge the platform’s right to monitor private messages when necessary to ensure that they are free of violations of the user agreement, and we have the right to delete the advertisement and dispose of the attached images when necessary. By using the platform, you acknowledge the right of the Dullani platform. In the event that you violate the regulations and laws followed in Yemen or the policies and laws of the Dullani platform, the site administration has the right to recover from you all damages and losses, and to charge you with attorney’s fees in all matters and cases related to your violation, and you are obligated to compensate for them.
 
Banned ads:

Any advertisement/post, message, or comment, whether public or private, that contains one of the prohibited contents below, will be deleted as soon as the administration is notified that it has been blocked from a customer. Dullani platform also reserves the right to permanently delete the user’s account, put the account on the blacklist, and/or report the content and user information to legal authorities if necessary.
1. It is prohibited to advertise or sell khat, alcoholic beverages, alcohol, illicit tobacco products, illicit narcotics and psychotropic substances, narcotic stimulants of any kind, illicit drugs, painkillers, or therapeutic substances. (Commercial licenses must also be submitted for pharmacies).
2. Prostitution or any other service of its kind aims to violate any law related to the representation or depiction of women or children and is inconsistent with morals and ethics in Arab or international society.
3. The sale or trade of “antiquities” and “art treasures” is not permitted under any applicable law.
4. Information or materials of a defamatory, threatening or abusive nature.
5/ Fraudulent and misleading information regarding the nature and use of goods or services.
6. Counterfeit, pirated, illegal or stolen goods or unauthorized illegal services.
7. Materials, goods and services that infringe or attempt to obscure any third party's intellectual property, rights of publicity or moral rights or purport to violate any personal right to privacy.
8. Your information must not contain any hateful content of a derogatory or defamatory nature that may be directed at any individual or group or advocate violence against any individuals or animals.
9. Hazardous chemicals and pesticides.
10. Fireworks, destructive devices and explosives, including any materials that enable the manufacture of fireworks and explosive devices.
11. Slot machines.
12. The sale or trade of military or police insignia, uniforms, any government emblems or insignia, or military or police related items is not permitted under any applicable law.
13. Weapons and related items (such as firearms, firearm parts and magazines, ammunition, tear gas, stun guns or folding knives).
14. "Pyramid schemes", "multi-level marketing" or similar scams that are intended solely to defraud users.
 
Intellectual property
  The content of the site, including all texts, images, video, audio recordings and basic programs, is protected by copyright and intellectual property rights, whether what is owned by Dullani Company or by the companies, institutions, and individuals using the platform who own the trademarks of the products displayed on the site. Therefore, the user must respect these intellectual property rights and not exploit them. “Dullani Company” or the owners of intellectual property rights from other companies or institutions have the right to sue whenever it is proven that they are being used by others without prior permission from the right holder.
  You can download information from the site provided that you do not use it commercially but only for your own use.
You also do not have the right to copy, modify, distribute, create derivative works from the site, or exploit the content for any personal purpose, in whole or in part, without obtaining written permission from the “Dullani Platform Administration.”


Payment and delivery policy:
Payments are services that are not linked to members’ accounts on Dullani platform, but the platform provides a payment guarantee service to complete transactions between the seller and the buyer and preserve the rights of both parties by requesting the service from the user’s account list, and it is a paid service at a rate of 1% of the value of the transaction. The platform ensures that the seller will not be paid until after receiving the product. One of the conditions of this service is that delivery must also be through one of the companies approved by the platform.
  Delivery is also a service that is not linked to members’ accounts on the platform, but the platform provides a delivery service through one of its approved delivery companies to complete transactions between the seller and the buyer and preserve the rights of both parties by requesting the service from the user’s account list. Thus, the platform guarantees that the seller will not be paid until after receiving the product. If the seller accepts. This service is subject to the policy of the seller and the delivery company, and the platform is not responsible for completing the transaction unless the payment is through the platform’s accounts.


Claims and disputes:
  As we explained previously, Dullani platform or Dullani Company is not responsible for the credibility of the advertising content or the quality of the products being promoted, in terms of quality and method of use. Therefore, if any claims or disputes arise between the advertiser and any user of the platform, the platform or the company is not responsible, and all buying and selling transactions on the platform are subject to the User Agreement.
  When you use Dullani platform, you acknowledge and agree to these Terms of Use. If our privacy policy is updated, we will publish these changes on this page and update the privacy policy modification date.
